The Midlands Workforce Development Board (MWDB) oversees the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) program and funding for Fairfield, Lexington, and Richland Counties in South Carolina. The MWDB is committed to building a comprehensive, efficient and integrated workforce development system through a diverse partner network.  Some of our partners include SC Department of Employment and Workforce, SC Department of Social Services, SC Vocational Rehabilitation, Area Adult Education, Community Action organizations, Goodwill Industries, Job Corps, Midlands Technical College, as well as private non-profits.
